Client Executive
The Client Executive is responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, a profitable book of business, and acquiring new business. The Client Executive manages all of the relationship and service components for the client. He/she leads the account team, manages the client and service team’s expectations in terms of direction, and monitors for program design, insurance placement, claims, related services, and expanded service development. This role builds collaboration at all levels of the client interface.
Client Representative
The Client Representative provides support the Client Executive relating to the development and servicing of client accounts. The Client Representative contributes to revenue growth by assisting in the design of insurance solutions to meet client needs. He/she is a technically qualified person that works with a Client Executive to develop and service larger insurance brokerage and risk management accounts.
Specialist
An Exposure/Risk Specialist is a subject matter expert, in a given field, who works closely with Client Executives, Client Representatives, or Sales Professionals and addresses unique client/prospect situations or opportunities. Some of the industry groups represented by Specialty Practices within Marsh include: Financial Institutions, Financial Products, Forestry, Executive Risk, Environmental, Aviation, and Marine.
Sales Professional
The Sales Professional is responsible for developing new product business and ensuring a consistent flow of new client revenue for the firm. The Sales Professional identifies and actively pursues potential new business opportunities. He/she also qualifies prospective clients based upon our strategic sales plan.
Insurance Assistant
The Insurance Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the Client Executive and client service team. He/she ensures the highest standards in professional service to clients and prospects.
Graduating Student (Risk Analyst)
The Risk Analyst works side-by-side with a team of risk professionals to help analyze client risk exposures and assists with new client development. As a Risk Analyst, he/she gains technical knowledge of insurance principles and risk management concepts, and builds a network of colleagues for ongoing information and support.
