Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor, announced today the appointment of Anthony Mastrolia as Construction Risk Management Leader in Marsh's U.S. Construction Practice.

Mr. Mastrolia brings to Marsh more than 35 years of experience in insurance and risk management, primarily in the construction sector. In his new role, Mr. Mastrolia will work closely with insurers and Marsh's property and casualty colleagues to design effective insurance programs for Marsh's construction clients. He will also be responsible for generating new construction business in Marsh's middle-market and large account segments.

Mr. Mastrolia joins Marsh from Aon, where he was a managing director and national broking officer in the firm's Construction Services Group. Prior to that role, he was a managing director in Aon's Greater New York Construction practice. Mr. Mastrolia has also held positions with Gow & Hanna Group, where he co-founded the broker's construction industry unit, and Corroon & Black.
