Marsh Webcast Feb. 18 to Examine Claims Reporting Requirements Under Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007

Businesses that fail to comply with the new mandatory reporting requirements — which pertain to commercial liability insurance and self-insured programs, including general liability, automobile liability and no-fault, workers' compensation, and group health plans — could face fines of $1,000 per day per claimant.
