Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor, today announced the appointment of Elizabeth Francy Demaret as Managing Director and Multinational Client Service Director.

In this newly created role, Ms. Demaret will work with Marsh's dedicated multinational specialists in over 100 countries to ensure that "one team" delivers insurance solutions and service excellence to Marsh's multinational clients. She also will serve as the liaison between Marsh's international network and insurance markets worldwide to support Marsh's client relationships and to ensure the delivery of the people, knowledge, programs and tools for all clients, regardless of size.

Ms. Demaret joins Marsh with more than 20 years of experience working with major insurance organizations. Most recently she was with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. where she served as Managing Director, International Services.

Ms. Demaret will be relocating to New York from Chicago and will report to Mr. Allen.
