Marsh today announced the appointment of industry veteran Jessica Isaacs to lead a new Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment within its International Division. 

In this new role, Ms. Isaacs is responsible for establishing Marsh’s overall SME business strategy in four geographic regions around the world, spanning more than 70 countries. Ms. Isaacs will work closely with Marsh’s country and regional leaders throughout the International Division to ensure that Marsh delivers optimum insurance solutions and service excellence to small and midsize organizations in those regions.

Ms. Isaacs brings to Marsh more than 25 years of experience working with major insurance organizations, including 16 years of international experience overseeing the development of consumer and commercial lines insurance business. Most recently, Ms. Isaacs was a Senior Vice President and Global Reinsurance Officer for Chartis Personal Lines Division, responsible for worldwide personal lines business operations in South America, Africa, UK, Ireland, and North America.

Ms. Isaacs is based in New York and will report to Mr. Vietor.
